what is going on? one of my best friends told me that they are banned. this never happened to me before. i play since 2012. so i dont know what is going on


he has 1.5k tokens on his account and now his account is disabled. no idea why.. maybe a wrong guy to be banned? no really he spent thousands of bucks and now he is banned...

I can guess what happened.
I 've seen that in some fb groups.
There are some guys, Asians, who are selling packs of tokens and boosters.
If you buy this pack it's illegal. Only from nordeus you can buy tokens.
So probably they checked him and found those tokens but without buying from the company

I 've seen selling the whole team, with official jerseys, tokens and boosters.

Only if he didn't make any illegal action and they banned him by mistake.
I have a couple of firends who got banned.
Never got their accounts back.
They started new teams and now they are more careful - lol

I 've seen some hour ago the post you 're talking about .
Some guys there, gave good advice so (for all the players) remember

- Don't try to buy or sell a T11 team
- Don't buy tokens or boosters from people out of nordeus system
- Don't use vpn

he wanted to sell his account. i knew it but yesterday i knew that selling top eleven is not allowed lol...


anyways he cant be unbanned? is it permanent

He could send a mail to support but I don't know.
Some people are stupid but some are pro if you know what I mean.
But I want to add something.
I 'm a member in some fb groups like yours, with some hundreds or thousands members.
The moderators there, are responsible for those forums.
They should know some basic rules of the game (like those non legit actions above) and they must inform the members, prevent them to make posts, or doing businesses there.
I 've seen some times, mods of fb groups clicking the "Like" button in posts as
- Does anyone want to buy tokens ?
or
- I'm selling my team with official jerseys and many tokens

He was kicked from a fb group after he posted that he want to sell his account,after, he was swearing the admin of that fb group lol
