Missing Condition For Players (Players Have Not Recovered)

Today I did my training sessions early in the morning (around 7 A.M UTC+4). Before the training sessions, all of my players in the starting line-up for the coming match which was at (16:20 UTC +4) had 99% except one at 98% (if I am not mistaken). I did four training sessions as required, spending at most around 11-13% condition in total for the players that were in the starting line-up. So, fast forward to when I logged in for my match, which was around 16:17-16:18, with two minutes left on the countdown, I had a quick look at my squad, and to my surprise, the players have not recovered at all. For example, those that were left at 89% in the morning were still at 89%. From 7 A.M to 4 P.M, that is 9 hours, which means 18% condition recovery (the minimum should be 12%). So where did those 12% or 18% go? Not even 6% were added? Or was that a visual bug?

I did the training sessions on the previous version of the game though as I found out about the update later when I came on the forum and I updated the game app. When I came back online for the match, that was on the updated game app.
