Reconnecting issue (Very important)

Hi
after the last round of FA matches , wierd things started to happend to my team ,
at first , and before finishing the F.A match , i could not access my team .
,here , the screenshot of last night ( Last day of season , when F.A matches was over and i could not access my acount )



and today i can not make substitution, and any single changes to my formation and changin players.
whats goinig on to this game ?
i reported this issues but noting changed, and even no body responses !
in adition, i deleted the Game from my phone and again , i reinstalled the newest version of top eleven from app store.

Hi all wish you have a good day,

please please i am facing the same trouble and i have been suffering so much and losing points because I can't even make any substitution before the mtch start and it cause to put wrong player in the wrong position.
please fix it as soon as possible.

I 've read somewhere that the problem is the loan players.
Remove them (if you can) and try again

Have the same problem reconnecting some times 3 or 4 times

but its only occurs when i play the game with facebook-gameroom

on webbrowser nordeus i have no problems
