No parking spaces bug

Have logged in today to be greeted with this message in notifications.



Which I could understand if I could do something about it.



That like everything has been complete as much as it can for a couple of years now.

Any chance this can sorted please so those who can't do anything about it don't get them? Or allow more upgrades,

Hey Simon. This is a known bug with the message. Its not true that you lack the parking spaces. Sorry for this. Hope we fix it soon. :/
