Win bonus broken

I just lost two crucial association games, by a few goals. I have win bonus put on and it was like that weeks before the game. After game it doesn't say I had win bonus. Next game, I increased it again, hours before game, and again does nothing. I have lost these crucial games which will cost me tokens. I would like to know why my win bonus isn't working and a reply from someone who can do something about it.

This new update has been a disaster, I have also experienced glitches with the association chat not working.

BTW I am playing on PC.

You said that after uour loosing games it was not mentionned about win bonus !

That' s normal cause win bonus is mentionned only if you win .

If uou loose or made a drawn win bonus is not taken in your cash , logic !

Win bonus is there to motivate your players. After losing close games the assistant tells me that my players aren't motivated. This suggests that the win bonus isn't working. There is no need to be so rude.

arrange a friendly game with a weaker team and set the lower bonus.
If you win and see that you gave the bonus it's ok.
If not, sent a report.

this is one of the "preset" comments of a.m. but it's not confirmed that he is talking about the win bonus.
