Didn't receive recommended player

Hi, I have 2 teams, one is the principal and after the beginning of the season I have already received recommended player, but with the second team no offers and today is the 9 of the season.

How is it possible?

They show up on random days. Usually once a week, you can't really change the time wen players are recommended even thou I would like that since I always get them at the last day of the season.
