Sorry to hear about the issue. Does this happen every time and only with the players that have condition less than 30%?

Did you check if your player received the boost before the training session? When you go for the free option there is also a possibility that player doesn't receive the condition boost if you leave the game before the ad is finished or if the game restarts.

This happens to any player every player when you use the method as descibed above and yes when condition < 30%.
It is only when condition is <30% that they go this route you should know that already...
Not a one off as I have replicated the scenario to show you what happens.
