Cannot SCROLL DOWN on TACTICS screen

for me windows 7 64 bit, this not working in all mozilla, maxthon, chhore, facbook game room. Befor update work.

im using Chrome and yep im checked in some browsers and nothing... i cant drag the bar. its like a wall

I am using Mozilla Firefox. The browser was asking for an update, which I did and now have the latest version of the browser(56.0.2), still it does not work. It works fine when I login from my phone, but not on my Laptop. As someone replied that they can scroll if they use the mouse, but cannot drag the bar down. I don't use a mouse, so its difficult for me to adjust.
