It's just your first 11 if you check your next game...When draw for cup ucl it's the top 14 players
thx Alessio. Yes I know that. I set my best 11 today since I have a league deciding match tomorrow and the overall was 116% when my team would be higher rated even with reserves on the pitch previously, around 119 or 120 %.

I dont think this is a false alarm.
If you make changes to your team, like sub out a weak player and sub in a strong player, the team quality does not update on the main game screen.
To see the updated team quality, I have to exit the game and restart it!!!
PS: Just another bug :p
