This issue caused me to unable rearrange my formation. I am sure my connection is fine. Anyone else facing this issue? Already contacted support, no response gotten yet.

Ok, it looks like a connection problem to me (at least I have those screens).
Can you give more details ?

home internet -wifi - 3G
can you test it somewhere else ?
Made a clean memory-cache ?
I tested both on PC and Mobile. WiFi and LTE and 3G, no avail, same problem. Speedtest returned 10ms, 30mbps down, 20 mbps up on WiFi.

We had daily maintenance, however, your connection should now be good.
