Hey Richie - can you try changing your connection source from data>wifi and vice versa? Let us know if that does the trick.
i'm on a pc. but even on my cell i can't get a connection with data or wifi. both on facebook or direct on your website !! this is a nightmare, i have a big game in 30 minutes !!!
i can assure you the problem is at your end. server issues. even Site Home - Top Eleven - Be a Football Manager is just a plain white screen and will not load. i have fibre internet (really fast) and everything else is supersonic. please can someone look into this issue as i'have been trying since after your last update at 3.30am this morning.
I'm at this moment in the game by the official site and I've not no problems connecting to the game.
Wich browser, are you using?
google chrome as always have been. played top 11 since day 1 years ago. never ever had troubles. BUT not only can i not connect on my pc i can't connect either on my android cell so that's proof there is a problem at your end
If you can not access also by android version, it seems to be a problem with your account log in.
I'll suggest you to report the problem to support team.
thanks for your help Casper but suddenly everything just works again (a miracle) even on the cell.
by the way my girlfriend has a top 11 team too and she had exactly the same problem and that was from her mothers house so clearly issues were at your end.
