Cannot SCROLL DOWN on TACTICS screen

You tried scroll down with you mouse? beacuse i can with my mouse but if im try to drag down the bar its impossible

im using Chrome and yep im checked in some browsers and nothing... i cant drag the bar. its like a wall

me mouse scroll not worging mechanish

I am using Mozilla Firefox. The browser was asking for an update, which I did and now have the latest version of the browser(56.0.2), still it does not work. It works fine when I login from my phone, but not on my Laptop. As someone replied that they can scroll if they use the mouse, but cannot drag the bar down. I don't use a mouse, so its difficult for me to adjust.
