Cannot invite friends as referral

After i send many times invites to my friends, so they can join top eleven and didn't receive points for new referral, now i've noticed that i can't even invite people, friends from facebook. I've send you a SS, how i can't see Boris Iliev. He's my facebook friend, but when i want to invite him and join to TE, i can't see him. It's impossible to send an invite to him and he become my referral.
