Have you contacted the provider? Ultimately they are the ones who would investigate your missing tokens. Be sure to provide screenshots as proof.

They don't reply on emails ever, you cannot even send them a ticket because they don't have any available offers. Can't even contact them on their website it says that im forbidden in contacting
