Why i Have 3rd place in Final table?

each Team has 12 points i have better result in scored goals than mark FC and better balance of direct matches (1-2 home and 2-0 away)

That was a close call and you may feel unlucky. But that's just the REAL CL rule. There is a 3-team tie-breaker. You must consider the points earned by each against the other two: 12. Then the goal difference: 0 for everyone. And finally, goals scored. And there, you lose: you had only 5 and the others 6 each.
