Hi everyone.
We won in associatinos match in semifinal on penalties. Because both team has 17 points and score 17 goals, penalties kicked in the last match. We won 4:3 but game crashed and match has been recorded as a draw. And we lost semifinals and have to play on 3rd place...Why???

Same happened to us but I didn’t know there should be penalties after the draw. I think it’s not fair that one team decides destiny of the rest:

Hey guys! Sorry to hear that you and your fellow F.A. group mates experienced such an issue :(
If the issue with the F.A. results continues still, make sure to write to the support team and let them know. They will investigate further. :)
You can find them by simply opening Top 11 and tapping the "?" button in the bottom left or just click here.
This issue has been happening for many months so no investigation is required and of course the issue will continue... fixing the bug is what is required!!!Quote:

Assos Final ended up with a draw 17-17 (19 goals - 19 goals) and was decided on penalties shootout.
On penalties shootout, we won, but the game just froze and did not give us the points, trophy and rewards. See the pictures below.

Later on, the game just sent us a message that we finished 2nd place (?!?!). We won, but we lost. Heinnn ;O ?!?

I went to the match that was decided on PKs, and it says that this match wasn't played.

Old, old bug. Association captain to contact support with members ids. You'll each receive 10 tokens, but not the missing association points.

We won yesterday in the half final in the "Verbandsspiel" against out competitor in the penalty shootout.
After all 12 games we had the same number of points and the same number of goals.
The last game was played until the penalty shootout. This penalty shootout we won 3:0
Unfortunatelly today we are not playing in the final we are only playing the win the 3rd place.
This behaviour isn't a nice won as we are looking to get into the platinliga. With this behaviour of your software/system
we are not able to reach the goal because your rules are not checked and we are loosing minimum 40 points.

Yesterday we played against a chinese club. The name can't be written but the captain on that chinese club is named

as you can see @SC Ronny01 this is an old asso bug so follow the advice above .
I don't know if they still give some compensation (few tokens).
I had the same problem yesterday and sent a report too.
Unfortunately this happend to my Club as well on Weekend.
We won the semifinal in the Penalty shootout 3:0
Next day we played only against 3rd place.
I already wrote yesterday into a new blog and what happened...........
My blog was deleted from one of the Administrators.
Playing for more than 4 years (playing in the 52 season) on TE and getting a deletion on my first blog from TE is a shame.
Why are you not able to fix the bug or even easier why are you not able to give the Clubs a reward for the missing Play in the final.
It couldn't be so difficult to let them add 50 clubpoints which you normaly receive when you win the final as extra Points.

I saw it after my new blog
I wrote to in-game help. They gave some compensation (10 tokens, 5 reds, 5 blues and 5 greens) to all my asso friends. Try it too. (but they wont give you asso missing points)
My association dead heated in our final yesterday but my team won a penalty shootout 5-4. The next morning the fixture was listed as not played due to a technical issue and we were awarded 2nd place instead. Can any admins help? Got no reply from Contact Us :(

Happen to me today, lucky you win but my team lost the first leg by 3 point only and they just give draw result , losing many point and chance for first or two place! this game bug is the worst ever
Today is my association match, i miss the first leg (im not watch it) then i try to watch the second as my association lose the first leg only three point down, my friend also try to watch the game, they also miss the first leg but we can't enter and watch the match it said already over but its haven't then we wait untill reset because can't do nothing, suddenly the game give draw result, all match ended up draw!
My association losing many point and also chance for first or second place! , not a important but as my association try to stay not to relegate so every point count and important! , im so annoyed with this bug ,its not fair!

Yesterday semifinal match between Milano Superleague (my team) and a Vietnam team we ended even both in points and goals.
What happened is that last match going on was brought to penalties because of the complete draw!
Well, our temmate won 3 to 1 the penalties shootout!
The final result that only today was published is a draw 0-0 for my teammate which brought to our loss 15-18!!!
Problem is that I have seen our win with My eyes and the System was not able to process it!
We got same issue in yesterday semifinals. Final result was 16-16 and goals were even too. The result was that last game went on to penalties shootout under my eyes. My teammate Marco Michela won the shootout 3 to 1 but in the end after all day thinking the system decided that match was to be a draw 0-0!!! Today we are playing for third place and not the final and also we lost association points :(

But now no result first, only when the new matchday starts result 0-0 not played...
Well I saw it with my own eyes also the the panalty shoot was won by us....
But oke...
What is the criteria who goes to the final and who goes to the 3rd place?????
All the same , goals scored away , at home... ..
But we play 3rd place...
That cost me many valuable points for our association
Please Nordeus fix this, it is already a very long time this bug!!!

We have 6 teams in our association group, but onto today's game, there was 1 game that wasn't played where as we lost 3 points, which could have made the difference of our group getting through to the finals. How does this work out and why?
