Someone is hacking my association

Dear Nordeus,
My association was targeted by hackers, which have hijacked the facebook account of our team capitan. They placed an Indonesian team and expelled every member of our association. As you can see in the images here anexed,he changed the name of our association from "top eleven" to "Dunia top eleven". Please confirm that our previous name was "World Football Team WFT", remove the current team capitan and put me as the capitan, because Sandro Joncek facebook is compromised.
These cheats are unnerving the players, please stand up for your game. Our association is over one years old and this is quite frustrating.

How did I get the prints? the association was open to new members and one of my friends got in. He was kicked out and then joined the association and made the prints. See Daniel Silva has been expelled and is now part of the association :)

Friend, please let us know. I wonder if you will get justice, and also hackers / permanent ban /. Also, to what extent are Norddees interested in your case and are they taking measures? Is it possible for Sandro to confirm here in the Forum that this is what happened? That his Facebook account was hacked. Because I for one will happily relinquish my captaincy of the association or leave associations altogether if it keeps my Facebook account off of the hackers wanted list.
No reply from admins so far. But if this is happening then there is a serious problem here for Top Eleven and its links with Facebook.

My suggestion is write more analytic (you or your x-captain) in Portuguese and I 'll say to two other mods, Paiva (who is also a mod in a Brazilian TE fb group) and Casper to respond.

Thank you for letting us know of the alleged theft that occurred.

I've been investigating the matter over here and checking the events, chat logs and system messages. I'll write back once I have a very clear idea of the situation and an answer to provide you with. :)

Additionally, as nikolgiorgos explained - Our side is not responsible for players' Facebook profiles. :( And from what you describe, and what I'm seeing, your FA Captain's FB profile was compromised after which his Top Eleven account was accessed and the rest is history as they say.
There are many ways in which one can lose control over their personal FB profile. Mine has been compromised twice in the last 10 years and I don't even dabble in shady practices or "answer" requests to share my personal information with any service I haven't investigated prior.
But what Niko mentions as a possible way to get your FB profile compromised is a very sure way of doing just that. Remember, if a deal is too good to be true... it most likely isn't. So be careful how you share your personal information on the interwebz, with who, when and for what. :/

Regardless. As I said, I'm investigating and will chime in later again. :)

P.S. Wanted to add this as well - We do in fact care about the players, Jorge. I can see how and why you or anyone else can get emotionally affected by something like this (Pff the first time someone stole my FB profile I freaked out... I got personal things there like memos and what not even if I don't share my number or more personal details). :(
But still, you do know that you can't join/leave an FA group while a tournament is occurring. This is actually hard coded into the game and if was to return the group to your control, I will still have to wait until after the tournament is over this week.

I will be returning you guys' F.A. group back into your possession first thing on Monday, once the group roster unlocks and I can add/remove members. Again, this functionality is hard coded into the game so there is no way around it so we have to wait till Monday.

Additionally, our integrity team has been informed about this and they will conduct a thorough investigation on the accounts associated with this F.A. coup that took place.

I'll write back here and also PM you once the transfer of the group is complete. I will add you as the captain, as it's not completely sure if Sandro's FB profile is safe at this time and you are the one who brought this matter in the first place.

Look, in actuality it was the Moderators who brought the matter directly to our administrative attention (Thank you casper™). Our Mods have a direct line of communication with us after all. Niko did understand what you were saying but cases like these are sensitive and as much information and confirmation (from one or more parties involved) is needed in order to paint the full picture and not have further accidents. That's why we investigate before acting.

Anyway, as I've said in the past here on the forum - Conveying emotion and full sense (explaining your thought process) through written text is not the simplest thing to do (And especially when the language used isn't your native tongue. English ain't my first language either. :D), sometimes we miss to add a word or two and leave it for later or simply go with little detail until we understand what's going on. Niko meant well and what he said was on point (I have to defend that point as it's true). We offer integrity when it comes to personal player data and information but only as far as Top Eleven is concerned. Why? Because that's our jurisdiction basically. We can't tell Facebook to up their security for instance. They have their own teams of people who work on ever-improving this kind of stuff. But regardless of how many precautions you take, how many safety checks you put in place, sometimes stuff like this just happens. :( Incidents happen. Just as I gave myself as example - I am very well aware of all the fraudulent activities that go on around the web and even so! My own Facebook profile was compromised on two occasions.

Also, I can't wait for Monday to come so I can dish out a hefty sum of Justice. :D haha
