Help, I can't watch ads makes the game unplayable

I can't watch ads, everytime I try to watch the ads, the "FREE" button is shadowed and whenever I click it, it says "no rewards today please try again later" and it's been like this since the new start of this season. My team is playing League, Champions League, and Cup. But I find it very hard to compete because lack of resting my players. There's simply no time for me to train my players really. This is hard. I've been encountered this problem for more than a week and its frustrating. I love the game but I cant compete with other players because of lack of conditions. Every match I played my team overall condition is only around under 50% and after the match played it goes 20% and I can't train them, just simply sit down and waiting for the next game and its really frustrating please HELP :(
