Same game, different results

About strange,can't support some games.
Game started,i'm sure because i talked with the manager on FB,same after refreshing my page (twice),no way to support (game(s) does not start for me).
I only can see end score after refreshing again.




And the same manager have another problem when playing live.....impossible to activate any bonus
It's gona be hard this weekend into assos when playing against strong opps
