No Income from competition

Since a day I do not receive any income from matches I played. This is called ‘win bonus’ in the competition rules. I’m used to get this bonus regardless the result, so if I win or not. At first I thought they changed it to be a real win bonus only, but I definitely won the game below. And I did not get the win bonus...

Just had the same thing. Match report shows 0 competition income, BUT in finances the money has been received.

Altiplano are you sure the cash showed as being added in the Finances screen? Did your overall Cash pile reflect that?

Gotcha. So its obviously caused by the server issues today but I was wondering if it was just the match report that went FUBAR or is the cash really missing. Thanks for the screens.

@Guido van den Berg, what does your Finances report state? Any match income today from the match in your screen shot?

Sorry for the late reply. I think it was a report thing only.

Hm. By all means you definitely experienced the same thing as others with cash issues, Altiplano being one of them. That issue got abolished with the rest of them back on Friday. And it seems that the cash one (like in this case), turned out to be a bugged post-match report data. People were actually receiving their cash.
