What quality and age, what kind of training you used ?

Sure. 21 years old and 38 quality. I added MC position to him but not a single point was obtained. I ended up trying almost every training available and replenished his stamina numerous times. Did this to some other players before and had no problems.

What drills you gave ?

7.5 stars and 132%. Literally all physical and metal. All defending except goalkeeping and video analysis. Half of attacking drills. Total of 10-15 training sessions since yesterday.

ok, I said that because GK training gives zero (for sa too)
Also a drill where a player has veru high skills, also gives (almost) zero.
You must use drills where the player has low % skills.
If he gets 0 for extra position or sa after 3-4 training, it's a bug.
