Send gifts

You are supposed to send gift when your friends are supporting the match.
I can not do that!
Any one experience the same?
No reaction from Top Eleven ....

There is already another thread about this.
But there is no reply from anyone.
So many bugs they don't even have time to acknowledge new bugs.
