Hi guys, I've seen free offers on site, when playing T11 but there is a problem

There is a lot of offers but if i click on some offer I always get same error, there is a SS of error :

Does anybody know wtf is going on right here ?
And btw sorry 4 my bad english, I'm from Serbia :D
It's not available in our country. Maybe you can get tokens from Matomy for installing programs, watching videos and thats all for people in Serbia. You have Serbian forum and you can post there also ;)
I believe those are for north america only. I get denied too doing them.
