Anyone else experiencing this issue? I won my first match Friday and there was an off-day Saturday, but now the International Cup page, instead of allowing me to use the 'View Group' button to see my active tournament, I'm back in the Preparation Phase.

I also experienced the same issue. I was in the group stages and suddenly it reverted back to preparation phase. Worse still you cant play the preparation phase matches to get new players. I contacted Top Eleven support but they haven't replied yet. It sucks to think that I have a match in 3hrs and they have done nothing about it
Probably for those who can't play their matches there will be a delay rescheduling them for tomorrow.... I say probably cause still so eary and it's Sunday so we will know l8tr..
Same here. Won the first 2 matches and this morning set back to preparation phase 10 days before tournament.

But when i try friendly match to get better player also saying, problem with arrangement of the match.
So I just count that the match starts and keep my squad at 10% and fully rested at the original time of the game

Yep, seems the group stage page is hidden, and the one that game shows is blocked to obtain players, as said, let's wait for an answer but with all serers affected my guess is that the games will be moved to Monday, unless different plan from Nordeus side.Quote:

I have the same issue as well and want to tell my story which may have some relation with the issue.
Few days ago, on the day when the group stage started, I won the match just a couple minutes before the start of the group stage. I was offered with three free players for my team but I didn't manage to choose any because the group stage actually started and that proposition with three players disappeared. I asked the support if it was a bug (because I felt like it was so), but the support answered that they can to nothing. I still believe it was not fair because there were no warnings that those free players will disappear when the group stage starts, moreover there is still an option to purchase high-starred players for tokens.
Go now fast, cause theres a bug and despite that the friendies to win players are not available, I was able to choose 1 of the 3 players that were pending in one of ma accounts. Try it.Quote:

Watch out...mine has gone from the above to match now kicking off in 12 minutes!!
Mine has now fixed itself....but the game now kicks off in 10 minutes time!!
Hi everyone,
Issue with IC not appearing/Preparation Phase reversion should be fixed now. Match times will be displayed as "To be determined" but schedule will be updated soon. I'll provide an update as quickly as I have one.

Hi. Half an hour ago my next IC match was planned to start at 8pm. I have made some trainings because the team had 6 hours to recover. Just a moment ago I've noticed that the match starts in 30 minutes. How come? Why it changed?Quote:

yesterday it was showing "not yet been determined" in schedule and midnight "10 days for preparation" and now it's showing my match is scheduled 15 min for kick off. TE official twitter handle have apologize for this bug today.
Hello Guys..!:D Need help currently I'm using 42(1dmc and Mc)31 formation and switch to 4222 in game if i want so my question is I'm deciding to switch 4222 to 442 flat not diamond because i have seen many manager they played 442 and won trophies and forum also i have read it. but 442 lacks in dmc and amc and wingers too will it be affect on my team because opp use dmc or amc and if i have to play 422 what tactics should i use...? and i don't have MR and ML i have to buy should i buy single position mr/ml or double or triple mr/dr/amr but i need pure mr which should i buy...?
