An update. We've identified the problem related to claiming players from the 3rd International Cup. We'll keep you posted on when you can expect a fix.

Io ho vinto il terzo torneo internazionale, ma la ricompensa, i tre giocatori da portare nella squadra principale, la stellina, non me li ha dati...e ora non riesco più ad averli...il mio ID è 1408166570, non è da due giorni che gioco, spendendo anche per comprare token...non è giusto

The IC menu is gone and I still cannot claim my reward. Please help, thanks.

Still can't claim my rewards me too.

I finally got 3 players from my national team. But... not the ones I chose. I even named the players in an in-game chat with the ?-desk. Hope this can be fixed.

I have the same problem as SPG does.

We've got an update surrounding this issue affecting claiming.

-For those who won the International Cup, we have added the best 3 players to your club team and have also added a star to your emblem.
-There are a few Managers for whom we haven't been able to perform this migration. If you aren't seeing your 3 players in your club team, please contact our Support using the "?" in-game.
-For those who won 3 International Cups and unlocked a Legendary player that you were unable to claim, please contact our Support team using the "?" in-game.
