I have the same problem. I have app version 7.3. Im waiting so long to buy the Frenche (or Belgium, I cant decide í ½í¸€) jersey....
There are missing Belgium, France, England, Croatia, Greece and Thailand. I've tried everything. Reinstalling, resigning, or even on PC. Still nothing. I have the newest update 7.3. I was collecting Tokens to buy it and now I have them for nothing....

I REALLY HOPE the jerseys will be there too long to buy it. I hope they are not time-limited somehow!!!!!!!!
