I have managed to get some of my players back up to speed but with with couple I dont I'm worried about the injury factor kicking in..
I have encountered this problem since 2 days ago. My whole squad are fully in low condition no matter how i rotate the squad. And some of my friends, which i believe dont encountered the same problem that i faced still playing friendly match with me...:(
Can Nordeus do something??? Although i have started to gain my +5% condition back, but i have doubt my player will be in good condition to play their next match in hours time. We need some compensation of rest pack!!
Btw, does anyone know how to avoid friendly match that will lower your player condition without your notice?

i contacted nordeus over 21 hours ago,i didnt get a single response,so i am not waiting for any sort of compensation from them,if thats how they are treating me,thats how i will treat them back!
Responses for support tickets take up to 2 workdays at max, so please be patient.

today is friday,end of the weekdays,so they will probably get back to me on monday and say "we are sorry for the inconvenience but our staff dont work at weekends and sorry again there is nothing we can do to compensate your losses" and i will be the dumb who has already spent tokens to buy rest packs...but thanks for the information regarding the ticket response time MDKII
No really, does it really need to be waited in line for two days at this point? It's idiotic, sorry to say so. In these cases you don't go through support, you alert devs and make it fix. By the time we wait 2 days, then we wait the days necessary to fix the bug, how long it's gonna be? Unless Nordeus feeds me with 44 greens a day untill fix, this will destroy any active challenging team's season. Wake up.
I got my fix a couple of minutes ago. A very helpful Support Team member helped me with my problem.

My ticket in Support was resolved. I was compensated with rest packs.

Started to get my players the 5% rest but still no compensation! I am patient and will wait but we better get some sorts of package for this adventure as I am PT my players as well so this was a 2 day loss for my team. Glad to hear some of us got a compensation of some sort.
nvr expect compensation from Nordeus.
They only want to take money from us....
What is an issue is I fill out the form to submit my issue and it wont let me send it. Has anyone else experienced this?
i had the same problem...contacted nordeus support and in not even 24hours they sent 15rests
Not sure why u guys are so lucky but I did not receive any compensation or anything..Still waiting and we will see. Almost 24 hours already :)
36 hrs/3 = 12x5 = 60% form not regenerated for every player.
60% / 15%xRestPack= 4 greens per player needed to keep up with the bug.
Let's just use the main eleven to compensation calculation.
11 x 4 = 44 rests.
So not only Nordeus is not compensating all who suffered from bug, but also refunding only 1/3 (and we calculated just half a team to at least assure fair condition on main) of the lost form.

getting better and better,already passed the 2 day mark,no response,and they wont till monday as i predicted,lovely!and 3 of my players got injured during the game due to lack of condition...thank you NORDEUS for messing up with my game and not giving a crap about it even when contacted!
Nordeus' handling of this bug is going to finally drive me out of this game.
I didn't receive the 5% recovery for almost 48 hours. I filled out a support request and 5 days later received 15 rest packs as compensation. Unfortunately, I used that many rest packs just maintaining my squad while the game was broken.
The bigger issue is that in an ongoing game like T11, I lost 48 hours worth of recovery while all of my opponents did not. That means that my team has essentially been penalized skill points because of a bug in the Nordeus game engine.
Common sense says that anyone who was a victim of the bug would get rest packs equal to the recovery time lost. It's not a tough formula. In 48 hours, a player recovers 16 blocks of 5% recovery. A rest pack equals 15% recovery.
Why Nordeus wouldn't issue rest packs equivalent to the lost recovery multiplied by the number of players on a squad + the 15 rest packs that they issued (ostensnsibly to cover rest packs used to play games with a healthy team) is reflective of the dismissive attitude this company has towards its players.
I am a token buyer. I buy them to be competitive. Allowing my team to maintain that same level of competitiveness vs. the teams I will be matched against the remainder of this season and in future seasons by doing simple math and atoning for a bug seems like a simple thing.
That's what I do daily for my customers. And why my customers value the relationship they have with my company.
The dismissive attitude of Nordeus' "support" is too bad. We have all overlooked and moved past many bugs, crashes and strange Nordeus decisions. Their refusal to own up to inadequacies on their end on this issue is it for me.
If you're on my server, Hit me up in negotiations. I'll finish up this season, but all my players are hitting the market before I get assigned to a new league next season and there will be one more unmanaged team in that league.
