Missing resources and % increase

I’ve moves past the fact that sometimes my substititutions aren’t made and I don’t get a green pack for it... but now I don’t even get my green pack even if I make a substitution??? Also I’ve noticed in some matches my players don’t get a % increase to their stats... and no , they were not like 0% condition or 35 years old

for case
1) move a little another player in your formation and tab the V button again, so to activate the 1st sub
2) send a report
3) not all the players gain % from a game
