Why are Tapjoy getting away with not paying out on tokens owed for game downloads?

I am sick of Tapjoy not honouring their end of the agreement. I have screens hot the offer and sent it to them with screens shot evidence, yet they just send you an email back saying that they have not heard back from you. When you then email them back, they send an automated email, stating that this email address is not read. TOP ELEVEN are ultimately at FAULT as it is they who are allowing this to happen, and they won't sort the issue out
