Sent invitation to friend and no referal in game!

Hello,

Pretty new in the game and started to build a group of friends to play. Saturday i send an invite to a friend, from ingame, and he then downloaded the app from the link and it doesnt apear as a referal to me. Does anybody know what's the problem?

Also, another question is how can i find him ingame if the doesn't have facebook ?

Hi Mario,

Please write to Support via the "?" in-game so they can look into your referral question. In terms of finding them in-game, you'd have to connect on Facebook and link your club to it in order to find him I'm afraid. :(

Hi Mario,

It's down at the bottom of the in-game navigation, you should see a Contact Us button once you reach our FAQ.
