Halloween Event Bug

I've tried both Android and browser but the results same. Each & everytime pop this screen up even after pressing ok button. I've cleared the cache & reinstall the apps but no hope.

It forces me to press ok on convertion screen all the time. Clearing game data, reinstalling the game or restarting the phone doesnt work
