Match reminders

For the last couple of days, there are no reminders about my game starting in 15 mins, or a notification that it started. Suddenly, however, after 30-40 minutes, I have a notification about the match I already played, saying it’s going to start soon. Is this a game-related issue or about my phone? Anybody have an idea?

I remember seeing somewhere about this but I couldn’t find it so I decided to post.
