If you are trying to watch ads with your mobile phone, with your mobile data connection, it might not work. This is the case with my phone. When I connect my tablet to my phone with wifi, I can watch those ads with my tablet. This happened to me with the TE2019 -upgrade. They said, that the problem was my internet connection. I quess it kinda was, but the internet connection is the same in both cases. Somehow that extra wifi connection saves the day.

Edit: I read the op quite poorly. I leave this here anyway, because that wifi thing might be required elsewhere also.
