Tokens & player not given

When I bought a player for 8 tokens i had 12 to start of with. The player has not been given to me & it has still deducted the tokens as I can not buy any other player because it says not enough tokens how ever it still reflects I still have my original tokens. Its strange as it says i can’t bid for players below 4tokens but reflects 12 token as if the player i had bid for was bought. The player is not showing in my team.

I tried unistalling and still haven't received tokens - wrote to Top11 for 13 hours ago and then again 6 hours ago...
Still no tokens and respons??
What to do?

I started and ended with d same association,and I was league winner now I haven't been given my tokens reward . My ID : 8645956794004117183

This also happened to me and I spent 21 tokens on a player and my balance went down, I have complained again and again but in game support will not have it. They say I didn’t win the player, but I know that’s not true. As my balance was deducted .. what can I do?
