Won the league but no tokens from association

In order to get the tokens from association you have to meet some requirements. Are you sure that you met them and therefore you deserve the tokens?

Yes. We won and we moved in gold 1.

Did you promote to a higher level yourself? Did you participate in all 4 tournaments?

No, I lost the cup and i am the same level. And i was not playing in the champions league.

You need to promote in the league to earn the FA tokens.
