Best striker award and duplicated positions in associations matches

Hello I think I didn’t receive all points for my best striker last season. I had more 4 goals than second best striker, but my striker Michal Rada didn’t receive his award can you check it please? My friend told me he saw it in his team too, but he didn’t want to solve it. Also why we see duplicated positions when we play games in associations and we want to subtitute any player? Hello, sorry, but I don’t know how can I PM you. Also I don’t know where can I find ID for top scorer.. I’m playing this game on mobile. I can provide you only his name Michal Rada. I think he didn’t get his reward twice... i can’t share the screenshot by mobile and if I tried to log in here on desktop, it said me that I have wrong credentials.. i contacted support with an email, but my mail came back without any answer. it's not the ID of your scorer, it's the ID of your team. A big number.
Go to menu , then right screen.
