Manager's profile in FA games

I have changed my TE name and the pic (instead of facebook) in Manager's profile
but in FA tournaments still showing the pic of facebook, the old one (I have changed it)

Thanks nik, not sure why this one would still be the old one. Is this on web? Same across devices?

It's in both, android and browser.
Don't know how old it is,
I noticed that this weekend because I changed in my fb the photo of Keith Flint with Bob Marley :p
