Match has not been rated

Dear all,
One of my games that took place 12 hours ago has not yet been rated. When I select the game, I only get the message: No information about this game is available yet. Please try again later.
What can I do here?

Was the score a 3-0 auto score, if not it is a bug, either report it to support or PM a forum administrator, because they can help you.
