My 3 hour rest time resets each time I log on

Hello, I'm in trouble when I send invitations to my friends, some are not even counted, could someone help me?

my players just play association game, 23:59, condition boosts should add 00:02, but after the match, my players did not receive any condition boost, the time start 2:59:59 again, help please, thanks.
