I'm not sure if it is a bug or not, but my stadium has capacity of 21k, however during all my games it tells me my max possible attandence is 11.5k. I'm not upgrading my stadium at all so I'm not sure why I can't get attendances over 11.5k. It isn't a ticket price issue either
