Stat Bonus After match

So I have a problem here, I made my players new role and some new position but After I think about it, I choose to pause it..
There's no problem about the result of training but after the match, the players that got paused new role or position never got stat bonus after the match, league, champion or even cup. Some players even resume the development of new new role and new position, After that I check them and it's still in pause mode...
I guess this is a kind of technical issue, so if you please fix it, and congratulations for your 10 years, keep the good work...

I have the same problem.
I have my best player a special ability. But I have paused it atm.
Now I have 2 problems:

He doesn't get any skills after a game. Just like you!
And if I train him, he almost get no skills. Normally het get 9 to 12 skill points after 4 or 5 trainings. Now I am lucky if he gets 2 or 3 kills points after 4 a 5 training sessions. He is only 22, so it is not the age.

Is there something or someone who can help me with this problem?
