They acknowledge the issues but don’t do anything about it. I’ve had an ongoing issue for more than 8 months and they are aware of it and said ..... we will look at this in the future! Customer Service at its best .... there have been around 11 updates since my initial report that says it fixed issue - just not mine. Good luck and please don’t hold your breath for an early fix.
