I deleted the data from my phone - got guest profile

Hello support, hello all!
Yesterday, the accident took place. Because of stupid carelessness, I deleted the data from my phone including top eleven data. Unfortunately for me, I got guest profile :( Is it because I had the account on the same phone as now and I use the same ip adres, could you let me back with my team?

If possible, I will provide details later. I have already reported the issue to the game support. Now I just want to know if the account has been wiped or is there a chance to recover it.

Unfortunately, no one answered my request, both in the game and in the link above. Request in game was sent 5 days ago, by form 3 days ago. No one contact me. What to do?
