Will there really be a restriction of 4 games per day?

Even after the updates, many still get the message that they can't play more than 4 games a day?
However, others manage to score 8 games in a single day.
Is there a restriction on the number of games or is it just a bug?

I get this too. Have to look for players who are either not participating in the friendly competition or players who are already knocked out of cup and cl.

Easy to find but they are never online to accept or they miss it entirely as they have too many things to catch up on as inactive players. Active players seldom get knocked out so early especially at low levels.
