Association friendly game not possible

Hi
In the association, there is the possibility to make friendly games against each other. Now when i‘ve choosen the time it‘s just not loading.
When i want to do a friendly with a friend it‘s directly loading.
What could be the problem?

I think the major reason for that might be because the person have load of matches to play in a single day including friendly matches set by himself

Thank you for your answer. But the Person just only has one or two matches per day, because he has none friens and is already out of the Cup. He too can‘t fix games against me...
