Special Sponsor is not available on my account, I can't see the event

I'm at first level because of that?

I guess all players can see and join this event, level doesn't matter.

How I can fix that?

My Manager ID is : -8645659112121527518

Im pretty sure that level 1 players dont have access to it.

But I can see Euro2020 event. So is that ruled for just special sponsor event?

Where can I report that if it's error with my account?
