Free Tokens

Hi everyone.

Not sure if this is the right place to type about it. It is about the "free tokens" option.

I did download another game and completed the lvl 100 mission in the time estimated. But I didn't get the tokens they promised. I used the report option some days ago and I didn't get a single email explaining what's up.

What do you guys suggest me to do?

These offers are notoriously unreliable and in these cases, TE Support cannot help. You need to email the ad provider several times with screenshots and even that does not guarantee an answer. Sometimes it can take over a week. I cannot give you a resolution except to persevere and if nothing after a couple of weeks, contact Support and report the ad provider.

You should be able to contact them directly via the advert?

Ohh I did that but I didn't see I got an email on the "not desired emails" folder. I sent the pictures/proof to them. Hopefully they just add the tokens anytime soon. Thank you for your help.
