It's not actually normal bro and this is caused at times by your network provider or when the internet service where you are is poor. Wi-Fi is the best to use for watching videos really. it is not normal,is same a bug in the game.
And it has nothing to do with a network provider. And a bug within the game, even when connected to a wifi network.
