Youth academy player head coach(x3.2) bug

Hi, Head coach has been assigned to my youth player Kiki Kljestan against my will and permission. I didn't even touch green rectangular 'ASSIGN' button. I never used it before. I would rather train youth players by myself than hire coaches. This bug cost me 65 tokens and 45 rest packs. I will have garbage with high grey skills and a reason for increasing team's overall quality.

I don't want it at all. I've applied the issue in game help, but didn't receive any answer from customer service yet.(48 hours passed) Please cancel the process and refund my tokens and rest packs after the investigation. Thank you.
