I lost 30 rest packs without reason!

Hello,

Do we have game support staff in this forum? Cause the support in the dame is useless almost, they take long time to respond and in most of the cases they don't resolve issues.

Yesterday I watched all the 25 commercial to collect the rest packs and left the game and when I logged in in the evening I found out that I lost 30 (more or less) rest packs of my total count.

I messaged support but as usual no response yet!

Do they have a way to track back our resources? If yes then I can get relaxed as they will find out the fault and correct it but if not then I would consider quit this game! I spend a reasonable amount every season and enjoy playing this game despite pit and pieces here and there with some disappointing issues but if I start to lose resources then it's the end!
